I made very yummy noodles

So I made these "Singapore-style noodles" which is actually a dish from Hong Kong so that's pretty weird but it's basically just rice noodles with masala and some soy sauce. I got those super thin rice noodles and just soaked them in warm water for a while, chopped up some mushrooms and onions, fried them up with some garlic, added some chicken stock and some garam masala, chucked the noodles in, added a dash of soy sauce. It was bloody delicious and if you like cooking you should try it cuz it was very easy.

sounds delicious, will try. My grocery only has one or two brands of ramen and they're not that good, I really need to find an asian store. Usually I only like the chicken flavor, but maybe other brands do the other meat flavors better? I like spicy so I recently had the korean fire noodles to test my courage, but they defeated me once again.

Those Korean spicy noodles are no joke. I tried the 3X one time and was basically convulsing. I would do it again though.

I've tried everything from using less of the spice packet (not nearly as tasty), more water, milk, and cheese, but they still make me want to die. The flavor itself is delicious though, that's why I keep trying, so I wish they made a version that is not as smouldering but with the same amount of flavor.

Your spice tolerance will go up if you keep having them anyways and they are pretty good.

Did they retire the 4x kind? I haven't seen it anywhere in a while.
