i have. sometimes i just have to keep it in the front of my mind that i need to not be doing something. i start by going "i will not do X" and if i relapse i force myself to stop. i also try to find a replacement. "instead of X i should do Y". to change habits (esp ones like watching vids) are an effort that takes concentration and dedication to remind yourself to stay off it. best of luck anon.
