recently I've started doing daily sit-ups complemented with yoga and all my stomach related complaints have become less and barely noticeable, i feel less full and bloated after eating and I can lay down way more comfortably

strenght training and improving my cardio also makes for a more comfortable and relaxing waking up in the morning experience, my heart doesnt beat as fast as it used to do

did forearm grip exercies with sand today and holly shit this might be the most effective strengthening exercise ever, the result are so immediate very much a confidence boost.
