why denpas have self obsession issues and can they overcome it

Ive noticed that most denpas have a fetishistic infatuation with their self. Can they overcome this juvenile tendency? Does listening to narcissistic poeple make you more of a narcissist or is it a bird flock thing?
also its ironic how this neuroticism exasperates their own agonizing over like minor fauxpas and mistakes, lacan did say a neurotic symptom was sustained by a linguistic structure, like you're mad that you didn't live up to your own super ego but simultaneously the very attempt at it makes you unable to communicate openly, which further expresses itself in your neuroticism, the more you talk or contemplate or monolog alone in your head the worse you feel. In fact I do have the solution for this problem its enjoyment, the more you enjoy things or have fun, the less you feel like that the world owns you something, which sets you free, enjoyment is the only medicine, when poeple have fun they forget obout the self, problem solved, thats why the state can't heal the mentally ill as it requires spending money for poeple to have fun and enjoyment itself is comodified, so you're losing money twice lol

it may be the bird thing but to be more specific for myself at least.
i don't have a good adjective for this but i like W things... fun? likeable? denpa? autistic? deep? nuanced? you probably get what i mean. ima call them takarakoto. anyway i seek these takarakoto probably because i have this juvenile tendency, but moving on. There are more takarakoto in the world than i have discovered. Then there's this group of people who are similarly into gathering takarakoto, i know know more takarakoto. Oh no, there are now too many takarakoto than i can possibly engage with, but now i can see other people doing their thing with takarakoto, not necessarily what i would do but still. more, there are takarakoto that i wouldn't want to engage with, but it is still a joy to see another take the same takara attitude towards it.
an example of this last thing for me is tf2. I don't like it. It "does not spark joy" however, i can see that it has that "takarakoto" vibe to it. The way that fishe engages with it is in line with that vibe. It has a different textural quality from how normal streamers tend to engage or talk about it even if they are talking about the same information. you can take this same idea to lots of other things, for example viticulture/winecraftry is a takarakoto type thing, but i can only find scientist, or pretentious salesmen talking about it, and in text mostly people just doing it and swapping tips, but none of these have that "takarakoto" vibe. I'd do it myself, and then those latter people would be useful to consume to learn from, but I know it would be pretty all consuming to dive into. or maybe im just too far gone
