TV static is easily the best bonus points if you actually have an old crt with static playing on screen.

it's a very subtle sound, but i love the sound that electrical devices make when powered. quiet humming. fridge does it, microwave does it, computer does it, transformers on powerlines do it, and all those devices have a different pitch to their humming. if the outside world is not too dangerous where you life, i'd suggest going out and listening to the noise of electrical transformers. each of them has a unique pitch and volume.

Slightly off topic, but I'm a big fan of this website http://youarelistening.to/newyork, it has ambient music and a selection of live police scanners. The combination is strangely hypnotic.
Another suggestion is the album "sleeping tapes" by Jeff Bridges (yes, the dude) https://youtu.be/apVeSc8HC9I. I've listened to this album to fall asleep or otherwise relax so many times over the years.
