The system must reproduce itself from one moment to the next. The only way to overcome the system is to interrupt that process of reproduction over time. Any troll, game, scam, etc, still enables the system to reproduce itself in the next moment.
co-option has always been something to watch out for, but it's possible to understand it concretely. vague terms like “the system” just don't give us good analyses, or good enemies.

ofc. the current capitalist system is all about trolling the system set out in the name of liberal ideas. but you can do things that undermine both. human kindness and sincerity is a great danger to the operation of capitalism and to the founding myths of liberalism.

man-made systems are a bother. the way to undermine them that i've found and decided to follow is to want for little in life. i'm fine with living like a prisoner if it means i get all of my time to myself. if i'm forced to serve time down here in this world i might as well make the most of it. the systems of biology don't like it much when you troll them. even if you don't they'll punish you. they exist solely to inflict pain, and you exist solely to assure that their existence continues. it's rotten. there are but two ways to troll biology to the point where it'll never be able to punish you for it: to refuse any and all sexual relations; to overdose on opioids. sleep won't save you but it could if you knew some magic spell to stop dreaming. the living can't win against biology. there's no use in researching and experimenting with new ways to "live free" from it. from the moment you're conceived you've already lost.
