ive worked in a few engineer firms, and i have to say it was the worst experience ever, the whole system is built upon people not caring about the quality of the building they are getting, the very few times i worked on a project that i actually cared about and liked were pretty fun tho

the only job i really enjoyed was working at a dog daycare but it still was shit. dogs made it better though. sometimes i consider doing it part time or something because i love animals.
at the end of the day work sucks, fuck work. the most realistic thing to do is try and get money in a decent place that doesn't make you want to kill yourself. if you have any particular interests in higher education/trade jobs then pursue it.
no job will be a perfect job but if you can make a comfortable life then its going to be worth it.
