what meals do you eat (order or cook) constantly, without getting tired of it? for me its very simply cooked chicken w salt pepper garlic & lemon, and then an alfredo sauce, that's parmesan melted into cream with salt, pep & italian seasoning blend. low carb & very tasty

I heat a small amount of brown rice then add a can of tuna with mayo and soy sauce. It only takes a few minutes to prepare, is good for me and tastes good.

dollar store canned chili is probably the tastiest and easiest way to cram beans into your diet when you can't be bothered to cook.

my favorite meal is any variation of the stew. there's a lot to be done within that framework and, if you own a slow cooker, it doesn't require much fiddling with physicality. just chop a few things up and put em in there. a particular combination i'd recommend is using tomato soup/sauce/paste as a liquid base and adding in minced beef or sliced sausages, as well as any vegetables and spices of your liking. for me, it's carrots, potatoes, onions, mushrooms, bay leaf and parsley.
a really awesome snack i like is roasting up some mushrooms in the pan on medium-low heat. takes a bit of time but if you're like me you have all of your time to yourself so it ain't a big deal. very yummy. i wanna try roasting up some mushrooms on a fire. i've done it with apples before and it's delicious so mushrooms must be delicious too.

I'm not talking about canned chili I make it from scratch. Make a big batch and then you don't have to cook for a few days. Lots of carrots and beans to save money.

Unsalted boiled eggs. U can put 6 of them in a zip lock bag now you have calories for 24 hours. Great If you have to travel long distances, better than eating IHOP and having constipation

how do you do that? just curry powder or whatever?
22 Name: Anonymous 2024-10-20 16:33

1: cut veggies
2: sear onions then add rest of veggies
3: add just enough water
3,5:let it boil and
add seasoning and tomato paste or big curry cube for flavor
4: at the end drain tuna and add in big junks to the curry (unlike other meats it doesnt have to be seared)
6: everything happens under low heat if the water evaporates and the curry turns dry just add a cup of water
7: every curry is just veggies, some type of meat, and flavoring and coloring
