everytime ive eaten at midnight or 4 in the morning ive lost weight, maybe its the extra stress of being nocturnal but it works nonetheless

that doesn't make any sense? did you not eat normal meals also? are you just eating less because it's outside your normal eating window?
I can't say I've every paid enough attention to my weight to have noticed something like that, but it doesn't seem like it would really change much long term

yeah its cause i barely ate during the dy beacuse up all night
