i usually categorize feelings in two ways: the feelings that are just that, a bodily reaction to something that is usually so primitive at its core that it doesnt need explaining, you just feel the high it causes. And the feelings that are just so irrational that you get lost trying to find your way through them, they ususally lead to the first type of feeling but at times they just let me feeling confused which further fuels the feeling. i agree with >>2 though sometimes you just need a bit more and hindsight in order to fully grasp why you are feeling a certain way
