After many years of being a NEET, I have been forced to work in a call centre for a British telecom company. It is pure hell. My nerves are completely frayed everyday.. I come home at 7pm a broken man. I work in billing so every day I get called useless and much worse because of policies and predatory contracts of the company. Actually, it's even worse than that since it's a company which outsorces for clients... we are encouraged to upsell monthly subscriptions to pay as you go customers. If I actually help people then I am told that's not my job. I want to kill myself everyday... I don't think I can even keep the job but half of me hopes that I'll get fired. It's hell. Remember if you are a NEET you are free.
Do you denpas have any tips on either surviving or escaping this hell?
I can't even speak properly because I was a NEET but it was very hard to get even this job, so I'll be going to it until I am inevitably kicked out for my incompetence.
If you are a NEET then you are a winner. Remember that there is no dignity in work done to enrich your boss.

call center can be fine, but not anything pushing sales or insurance related. Which unfortunately is the vast majority of the availible positions. These places have no reason to change their ways, churn in employees is very high (how many coworkers doing the same job have been there more than a year? not many im sure) since there are always a fresh batch ready to fill vacancies, too many filters between the poor customer experience and the bottom line. it doesn't help that the majority of the people who actually do take the jobs are total shit, unable to even use webmail, or god forbid don't even know what browser tabs are.
the best mindset is to kill self respect and completely compartmentalize. you aren't the one talking or being talked to, it is the avatar of the company. so they call you all kinds of shit, ok water under the bridge. the biggest killer is caring.
that said, i do feel for you, it sucks. learning not to care for minimum wage isn't a fair trade at all, and it's not like you can just mode swap and have enjoyable off time as a human. those kinds of conditions create domestic terrorists.
