I would just like to say that, living as a neet laying in bed for hours, sometimes makes you confuse physical pain and exhaustion/weakness as mental ones, I've wasted a few perfect summers because I didnt realise i had to drink a liter of water everyday to feel normal or that working out makes me happy and gives me a clearer head, or that reading makes me perform better, all those times I almost fainted going to store and carying around maybe 7 kilo (wich sounds hilarious right now) wasn't even necessary

it works the same way sunshine gives you vitamine D and that makes you more energetic the day after, or how anticipation improves your mood, or how training your back muscles can give someone more confident because you're not wobling and stumbling anymore allot of small things add up believe me
