most poeple usually weight out stuff they like when decision making, like should i jerk it or eat something greasy or game. But instead they should compare the things they hate like chores or sitting silence or reading or stretching. this creates a richer life experience.

i don't understand what you mean. how does comparing thing i hate lead to any decision? "i sure do hate getting shit on things, i guess im not going to shit on the floor" ya i was already not going to do that.

i have read it several times. i understand comparing things i hate. how does that lead anywhere? is there a step you are missing here? i hate working out more than i hate being dirty, i don't particularly hate living in a dirty place and i moderately hate cleaning. I don't hate stretching, i don't hate reading. frankly i just don't do things i hate, i don't understand why bringing into the question of what to do the things i hate in the first place. are you saying to maximize for things i hate? so do the thing i want to do least? i'll be dead within the day. even removing things that would outright kill me, i'd be in prison. even categorically removing the things i hate which would have bad consequences to myself or others, illegal shit, etc. i'd be so miserable that it would color my every interaction with such a negative light that i would not blame someone for just putting me out of their misery. even conceptualizing this has already turned me into a worse person for the moment.

1: I meant things you dislike doing but have a healthy effect on your life 2: by comparing these chores one will stand out as the easiest (the one you least dislike) 2.5: you can even put random torture in there for comparison 3: this has a snow ball effect where everything becomes easier the more often you do so you have to keep on challenging yourself 4: the more you challenge yourself the less problems you'll have like ever 5: brains reward not having problems with a richer experience of life
