I depends but the classic blue one-piece is hard to beat. Especially with a low cut leg hole (opposite of high leg).

i thought about it for a few days, it was difficult to pick a favourite but in the end i'd choose the competition-style swimsuit. looks great. love the cuts that expose the back. frilly bikini gets a honourable mention because it also looks great but in a totally different way. the latter is 100% cute, the former is beautiful in the same way that a well made knife is.
