Does crying make you feel better or worse?
Usually it makes me feel a lot better about whatever I am crying about, and allows me to move forward

crying feels awful. stuffed nose, bad taste in mouth, lump in throat. it doesn't offer any release. if i can control it, i'll try not to cry just to avoid the consequences. there isn't much that's worth crying about. for maybe 8 years now there have only been three things that have been able to make me tear up: chopping the heart of an onion, getting soap in my eyes and thinking about how i still don't know what to do with my time on earth or if i should spend anymore of it here at all.

crying is good when appropriate like when there nothing else to do the dam breaks open

Does crying make you feel better or worse?
I don't cry, despite probably having enough of reasons to do so. I'm not even sure if I cried as a child. I feel like this inability to cry makes me less human and it makes me feel like shit, when I can't cry in situations, where I should. At least I don't have to worry that I disgust somebody with me crying, on the other hand I'm not sure if being an apathetic husk of human is any better.
