caffeine doesn't work for me. I'm caffeine intolerant, it messes up my stool, stomache ache. makes harder to stay calm & focused. I'm having trouble with that. cigs/nicotine - same problems, same reasons.
rhodiola rhodesia more of a nay, kinda have potential to boost dopamine/anxiety & reduce gaba. could be ok at low dosage rare occurences.

huan ginzeng - nay, similiar to rhodiola & reduces sleep quality.
theanine - seems good at first glance on surface, but increases risk of head ache as side effect.
piracetam - could be ok at rare low dosages. long term can cause anger management issues.
phenibut - nay, makes drunk on/from music, panic anxious hangovers
euleuktrerocock - idk, not tried, not tested
cinnarizinne - good
