I dont want to moralize about this sort of fantasy -- I don't think it's "wrong" to have, and I certainly understand why someone would fantasize about it -- but it's the sort of thing that only someone without an older brother would say. Hormones and the stress of growing up make it so teenagers are kind of jerks, and theyre usually very mean to their younger siblings in real life. The fantasy might be more realistic if the brother is older and more mature (an adult, and not a teenager), but these sorts of fantasies usually entail both parties being teenagers.

I used to watch a lot of anime on the family TV. My siblings are all younger than me, and none of them were into anime nearly as much as me, but I did end up exposing them to quite a lot more of the seasonal shows than they would have seen without my presense. one such show they encountered was the monogatari series.

It has been many many years since we all lived under a single roof.

some months ago I was talking to my now adult and married sister about random anime shit, and she mentioned off handedly "the tooth brush scene" and I was like "oh i didn't know you watched nisemono" and she told me she watched it with my brother because I had it on the family computer and they remembered liking bakemono and I had it labeled as season 2.
She then told me they decided "to try it".

i called my brother. I asked him about it. He said "it was weird" and would not elaborate further.
