I forgot to mention, I eat this meal obsessively, sometimes multiple times a day. I love beans

canned kidney beans are my favorite. i eat them with a lotta different foods. the brits are 100% right about beans on toast.

I hate beans. I hate their texture, I hate the aftertaste they often leave, I hate the way they make my mouth feel. I live in a country where beans are a part of everyday meals and I will actively go out of my way to avoid them. Fuck beans.

I tend to like bean salad though, with black-eyed beans. Yummy.

i like beans, but there is an ineffable hype around hummus that i don't understand. it's just pale, cold, gritty refried beans. like it's fine. but there are so many people who would kill for their love of it...

pretty yummy i make a mean bean burrito with some avocado, rice and cream in a green tortilla for less carbs
