When I mentioned that I didn't believe in the paranormal, someone on a forum said that I would quickly come to believe in it if I went to a graveyard at 3am and lit wormwood candles. In the end I went to a graveyard at 3am with a friend, but we couldn't find wormwood candles so we just had one regular candle. We drank beers and hung out all night and nothing happened.

i dunno if "wormwood candle" is a thing, unless it's like a normal candle with essential oil of wormwood added? or a wormwood incense stick? but then why not say wormwood incense. it's bizarre that "i don't know where to find X" is a thing anyone would ever say in the modern times. how is asking the infinite oracles not ones first impulse for seeing something with which they are unfamiliar. wormwood is a relative of mugwart. sage like bushy plant.
