A channel I've been watching was deleted due to the man believing he was being stalked... this is the second time it occurred. Do you have any experience with paranoid people nuking their channels and what ways to ease their tension. Being honest, The Internet makes this paranoia easy.

there's nothing to prevent it, it's a reasonable reaction to mitigate online panopticon.

My self esteem is too low to ever allow paranoid thoughts to fester into anything dangerous. I simply know I am not important enough.

It's unlikely to be targeted by a specific individual or group. It is inevitable to be targeted by a government or corporate dragnet. We're all being stalked

this would only really be true if you were like influential in some capacity or had incriminating information about a organization, so anyone really having these thoughts is just a complete schizo and you should probably not be watching them.
