do any anons here have tips for sleeping? I get about 7-8 hours sleep but I still feel exhausted and tired throughout the day. I get sleepy tired and just want to close my eyes even though I should be well rested. What's wrong with me?

I have a similar issue. I think if I just stopped using my phone before bed it would improve, and I also need an actual sleep schedule because just going to sleep whenever I get tired is probably considerably detrimental to my overall health. Sometimes I get really wrapped up in some autistic shit I'm hyperfixated on and stay up for an extremely long time. Really need to get my schedule in order.

I've been getting to such cases as well. Have a set time you sleep and stick to it.

I like reading in bed. It’s comfy and quiet at night. It is bad for me though.

Routine is pretty important. For mine I would say a hot shower is indispensable as a part of it.

Well if ur a neet then you practically have nothing that tells your body to start its processes, once you wake up you need to give your body a reason to stay fully awake, sitting down and having your tailbone in the resting position will only serve to signal your body to enter a more relaxed and sleepy state, I would recommend to start the day with a video game that sets off your adrenaline gland and puts you on edge

Interesting psuedoscience. I will tell tell this to my coworkers who all get 2-3 hours of sleep every night.

What this person should actually do is exercise every day. Which is easier to do as a NEET than with a job. Also get check if you a nutritional deficiency of any kind by a doctor.
