Take some time to think of something that you are grateful for in your life. It does not have to be anything large. For example; I am grateful for my peppermint and honey tea.

I am grateful I was born in a first world country with social support. Dealing with the problems in my life would be ten times harder and worse in a developing country so I am glad I won that lottery.

I'm grateful for my friend. We're currently sitting in Whetherspoons doing a few job application while pilfering the leftovers of someone's else's plate and drinking soup make out of bottles of complimentary tomato sauce, mango chutney and 85p strips of spicy bean curd.

i am grateful for those psychoactive chemical, i am grateful for my parents, i am thankful for living very close to a train station...i am grateful for those i have loved and who have loved me, even if most of them are gone by now. i am grateful for those works of art that i enjoy, and the fact that people occasionally seem to take an interest in some of the works of art that i am responsible for. i am grateful for sweet milky chai tea and for greek yoghurt mixed with fruit and granola in all its delicious nourishing goodness, and i am grateful that it is so very simple to prepare. i am grateful for denpa chan...ive gotten some deeply moving recommendations for media and ive made honestly quite life altering decisions because of this so umm. more than anything else though i am grateful that a friend of mine that schizzed out then disappeared is safe and did not end up dead or in jail or anything bad like that.
