wasting my life sleeping

I literally sleep like 12-16 hours a day, I barely have any time to to do anything. Last night I slept at 10pm, woke up around 10am, then at 8pm I felt like a wave a of fatigue and slept until 11pm, that's like 15 hours of sleep. I even did a sleep study for sleep apnea and it was normal, the doctor said I was depressed and gave me pills, but I don't feel depressed. Got an ADHD diagnosis and took Vyvanse, it did help for a few days, and then it did nothing. The doctor didn't even believe me and just dismissed me like med tolerance isn't a thing, which kind of made me upset at her.

I think I have long COVID because this problem really started after I got COVID around summer 2024. I don't know what to do, the fact that I'm basically unconscious twice as long as the average person is making me depressed. I could do so much more with my life if I wasn't so freaking tired all the time. Thoughts?
