What are yall usually listening to when doing chores/work? I need something to block out the voices, and preferably something engaging thats not a true crime cast. My go tos lately have been Jokermen, The Rest Is History, Hermitix, and n0s 12 hour casts.

its not really a podcast but to get my mind in the right space to get stuff done, i put on those ai youtube videos that describe an entire manga manhwa or anime in a very monotone voice, my brain tries to keep with the story so it has less time to be bitchin about difficulty and stuff. Bonus points if its in a different language

Friends at the table is the best tabletop roleplay podcast, basically endless hours of fun and narratively engaging audio.

Another rec i have is not a podcast, but Tim Rodgers' streams. he streams for at least a few hours every friday and is very well spoken and whitty

Shelved By Genre is a book club/analysis podcast put on by 3 guys who like genre fiction and thinking a lot about the books they read. Theyve read the Book of the New Sun series, Leguin's Earthsea series, and are currently reading a collection of Junji Ito manga. For the first 2 series', you can also listen to the audio books along with the show, which more than doubles the show's effective listening time. I reccomend both book series', at a 25-50% speed boost

human insects is a great podcast about anime, manga, music, media type stuff. the only thing to note is it has a short ep count and is no longer active because one of the hosts passed away.

I recommend Netlore. It is a pretty good podcast on internet related topics.
