Anyone here like the band Fishmans? I'd heard their acclaimed "Long Season" album / single before and liked it but didn't really get into the rest of their discography proper until earlier this month when I got a performance of their song "Weather Report" on my feed and then listened to the record it's from today.
Really cozy stuff, kinda jazzy and funky in the way you'd expect (I imagine Mac DeMarco would be into them) and also lots of Reggae and Dub type sounds. They basically made In Rainbows a decade before Radiohead rofl
Anyway if you don't wanna sit through all 35 minutes of Long Season as an introduction do check out:
