I keep seeing people say it's one of the best looking animated shows, some anime are going for a similar look and people say those shows look amazing too.
they all look like garbage to me, so I don't know what part of it is supposed to be "good".

It looks like random drawings from DeviantArt. I don’t know how anyone can find it impressive let alone call it the best looking.

i agree with this, the show does not look good. From the perspective of anime enjoying, i think i would use a meme phrase "look what they need to mimic a fraction of our power"

I dont know about it looking best looking objectively, but its pretty good for people who want a show with an art style that kinda resembles a painting. i think its impressive they nailed that 2d painting kind of look in a 3d animated show but its not the greatest thing ever made.

its good but it makes 3d art style seem like it could be the norm in the future which i dont like but its definitely a fun emotional watch made specifically to binge if you like other popular netflix shows you would definitely like this one its mostly made for geeky american teenagers
