1. Denpa Usagi eats the pill shaped cheese and feels fatigue. He rests on the CRT and its screen has interference. As if a magnet were on his hands. He passes out and feels himself floating in a vacuum. Through his entire body run electromagnetic waves. He is transported to a fantasy JRPG. His role is glitched and he is able to use weapons and armor of any class. (Could have JRPG gameplay elements inside the visual novel) Venturing the lands he meets a hermit mage, who tells him about barbarian tribe Normoons. They are pillaging cities and villages, if not defeated the entire land is going to become their domain. Their ultimate goal is to free a terrible demon Ell. Denpa Usagi has a choice to fight against Normoons or join their side, betraying the wizard.

He goes to the mentioned location and discovers a hooded individual. Denpa Usagi learns that one of his school classmates ended up in a dark cult. Prophecy says this person is going to create a cult encompassing the entire world. Bringing the entire world into millennia spanning dark age when an another hero is going to be born and fight against the eternal evil. This millennia's prophesied hero is Denpa Usagi. He has to go back to the past, to school, to save his friend from the dark cult. That can be done only by not allowing his classmate to end up with a girl. Denpa Usagi can choose to break the relationship to save the world to let his friend have a romantic life, but doom the world.
3. Denpa Usagi takes the pill and shrinks. On his CRT there is a village. He is told the Cyberons, lilliputian who live in wires, are going insane. They grow fangs and turn monsters devouring everything in sight. When these corrupted creatures take over a computer, it stops working. To stop the calamity of all electronics. Denpa Usagi has to find the source of the problem and defeat it. He can choose to destroy the source or live out his without interfering, leading to full Cyberon corruption.
