while i definitely think theres a tendency amongst super online ppl to assume everyone else on earth is as plugged in as they are, and among young ppl to assume that things matter way more than they actually do, i think what youre saying is a bit skewed too far in the opposite direction, especially when only considering people on the internet

i might be wrong, but it seems like youre projecting your own feelings onto the avg Online Person, but those ppl have a very different relationship to online than any of the people that use this site lol
