i agree using ai in usefull ways like helping disabled people articulate their ideas in ways they couldnt before is awesome, i usually only have a problem with ai when it replaces people and uses data collected from people to immitate them wihout their consent, the uses for ai regarding disability could be wonderfull, i imagine you could enable mute people to speak by reading their brain waves closely and overtime learning how to make ai say things they want to say, without the need of an outdated machine, even giving them an ai voice that they can customize to their desire based off people who willingly donate data on their voice to build new ones for the disabled. I wonder if we could have the choice to only donate our likeness once we are dead and gone, like donating an organ or tissue and it specifically only being used in clinical trials for things like this, instead of it being used in ways that wouldnt honor a persons identity before they died.
