Anon I would reccomend watching in as comfy an environment as possible as well as this maybe only watch a few episodes a day if you are finding it hard

I only watch anime when Im in a good. If something bad happen to me or I argued with someone, I try to get it over it before playing vidya or watching a show. It could take hours, it can take the rest of the day. I can go multiple days without watching anime, a lot of the time. Going a week without atleast 1 episode is rare.
