I'm against this. I understand wanting to become friends with other denpas, but all you have to do is drop your tag from whatever message platform you use. I like feel a server discord unnecessary and defeat the purpose of this site.

I think you are under the mistaken impression that all the blues are a single person and that having a discord for a chan that literally was created as a way to get away from discord is some how a good thing.
the question isn't why is discord bad, it's what in the heck do you think discord provides that's good that this doesn't. images? is it mobile support? is it chat? is it identity of those you are talking to?
