Showers were invented as a way to mechanically wash large groups of prisoners and military conscripts as quickly and efficiently as possible. Civilized individuals take baths.

i think showers are nice when they are cold but a bath is much more cleansing

that's just when earth armor gets it's first stack. once you get to 5+ that acid debuf goes away unless you get sweaty.

Every now and then I'll take a terry cloth and saturate it with water then pour a splash of +90% IPA into it then use that on underarms and unmentionables once every month or so. Shower is only for if I do something dirty causing or strenuous. for example yard work, The mix of sweat and pollen if not showered away will cause itchiness forever on me, so it has to be washed off.
