Yeah i very much understand the idea of wanting to be totally in tune with your best friends. Honestly though I dont think i've felt that way with anyone in like 2 years, feels kind of impossible to meet anyone who really cares all that much about someone else. Personally whenever anyone is uncharateriscally kind/interested in me I feel like they have some ulterior motive or that such interest is going to be very conditional.

also yeah the thing about avoiding letting people know how they make you feel is super true too. I do think that you probably care more than the average person about interactions like that. I only say cause it sounds relatable and I know i care a lot lol. I think your right though in saying that its bs for people to just blow away your concerns. I kind of hate that people say they really value communication on problems but when they actually have someone in their life who wants to talk about those things theyre just like "omg bro your such a bummer, I dont act like that at all, why are you always complaining about everything" ect. I wish i had better advice about friends to give but i feel trapped in a similar way that you do.
