Someone's gotta call out this howard blast aka libido kamen guy. VNDB removed heaven burns red because it's literally a gacha game jrpg, not a visual novel, and he massively sperged out in the forums claiming it was a direct attack on him. Why? Because he's making some shitty "le epic pixel art undertale inspired indie RPG" and he for some reasons believes it's owed a spot on the visual novel website. He has an insane victim complex where he seems to genuinely believe there is some kind of anti-otaku conspiracy specifically targeting him, and he also has an inflated ego claiming that his game (which he's constantly begging for kickstarter money for) is going to give him "a status as a major cultural authority in the visual novel space", and that VNDB mods are "trying to set a precedent for not allowing it on the site by removing heaven burns red". He genuinely believes that mods on VNDB are so set on targeting his no-name indie game specifically that they're willing to throw Jun Maeda under the bus just to target him. This guy has a delusional level of ego and persecution complex and his fanbase seems to buy into it completely.
