>>44 dont take this the wrong way, but the way you put yourself down and say you dont agree with me kind of makes me upset. ive been in your mindset before where i just critized and compared myself all day and it was exhausting. one day i decided to just stop telling people im a failure or a loser or whatever, even if i didnt believe it, i realized that someone who actually loves themselves would not tell others how much they hate themselves. i thought that maybe if i just didn't give in to that self loathing temptation then I'd feel better, and it worked. surely you don't want others to see you as an incompetent buffoon bumbling around doing god knows what, wasting their precious time.
