The coping conversation... by my arse I am glad I choose to live under a rock. I could never stand to see coping referred to as a bad thing and used as an insult. It literally means dealing with something and succeeding. Another braindead channerism that's only thrown around in low effort bait and ad hominems that bled into the mainstream and got amplified a thousandfold for the worse. Of course there are bad ways to cope and people rightly are annoyed by thinskinned people who become evasive and start making excuses but in being applied to these people the term cope has been thrown under the bus for no apparent reason but to demoralize and infantilize "the opposition". To mature is to learn how to cope.
