I’m glad you’re doing well. I have 40+ pounds to loose and lots of stomach flab. I have trouble sticking to it, but I eat two meals a day, avoid snacking most days, and only drink sodas if they have no corn syrup and sugar. Also I train everyday, jog a couple miles everyday day. I hate calorie counting and I’ve heard too much deficit is pretty bad for you. Really struggling to cut out the snax and cutting down portion size.

I do think I have lost a little muscle in this process
Maybe try adding more protein to your meals? Don’t use any of those gym bro powders, they’ll give you cancer.
