honestly, I think I just need to actively exercise more to keep my muscle mass where I want it
I don't live a totally sedentary life due to my job, but I also don't really do much outside of it
if I had a desk job, I really would just be a total potato, lol
also, too big deficits are bad for you, yeah

I do eat a lot of meat when the day comes, so I don't know if I'd need more protein, but it is possible
if I think it's going to be an issue, I would probably start to track my protein intake, and I guess if I do start being more active outside work, I probably should track it anyway
