also, too big deficits are bad for you, yeah I think I remember reading that muscle is the first thing to go if your body really isn't getting enough calories and isn't active, since your muscle mass contributes the most to your daily baseline caloric use I do eat a lot of meat when the day comes, so I don't know if I'd need more protein, but it is possible if I think it's going to be an issue, I would probably start to track my protein intake, and I guess if I do start being more active outside work, I probably should track it anyway
