still trying to read bataille (accursed share) i can only manage so much of it at a time before i need to scream into a pillow and then watch some bofuri.
are parts 2 and 3 important? because i'm only just now getting to "The Victim, Sacred and Cursed" and i'm worried this will kill me.
(i feel like the actual /content/ of what i've read so far could be reduced to like 1 maybe 2 pages... the rest is inane babbling, metaphors even the author dismisses a paragraph latter, and "there are plenty of flaws in this but anyway, (gross oversimplification with no value at all)" )
my notes are long but it's more to do with his specific terrible examples, and then me being pissed that he then says his example is terrible for all the reasons i mentioned. like why include it then huh? paid by the letter nonsense.
