I made noise music in Audacity. Admittedly, it sounded like shit and it was tedious work, but if you're too lazy to learn some weird music software, you can just use Audacity. Otherwise, I would recommend looking into Tracker, such as Milkytracker, the Protracker/Fasttracker clones, Goattracker, or Schism tracker. They're relatively easy to use and you can make chiptunes/DnB/Junge in it.
